Shipping policy
The cost of both domestic and international shipping will vary by item, destination, and selected shipping option. Customers may incur additional charges for purchases of multiple or heavier items.
Items are usually processed within 1 business day (M-S) with a standard 2-5 business days (typically 3) for orders to be delivered to buyers within the US. International deliveries may take longer.
Expedited shipping is only available to buyers located in the US. It will typically take 2-3 business days for an Expedited item to arrive once shipped. Local deliveries may arrive next day.
Express shipping is also only available to buyers located in the US and will typically take 1-2 business days to arrive once shipped Local deliveries may arrive same day.
For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. Import duties are not included, and you will be responsible for any upon arrival. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events outside of our control.
If you placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email, login to your account, then view your Orders screen to make sure the transaction was processed. Please note that Natural Healerz is unable to change a shipping address for most items once the order has been placed. You may however cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it (and/or before it is confirmed by the manufacturer, whichever comes first), and place the order again with the correct shipping address.
If you placed an order but never received it, login to your account or, then view your Orders screen to make sure your order has been shipped. If it was, check the tracking number to see where the order is currently located. You may also find your order's tracking number within your shipping confirmation email.
